Software and AI for businesses that outgrew their spreadsheets.

A small team of senior engineers building websites with CRM, AI follow-up and AI search.

Three layers that work together

Start with one. Add the others when you need them. Each one connects to the layer below it.

Website plus CRM

A fast website with a lead form that feeds a simple CRM pipeline and reports.

Replaces the shared inbox and the leads spreadsheet.

AI follow-up

Automatic, human-sounding follow-up by SMS and email so no lead goes cold.

Replaces answering every enquiry by hand.

AI search over your data

Ask a question, get the answer from your own documents and records.

Replaces asking around for the right file.

Bookhatch AI

Client work

Every call answered. Every appointment booked.

An AI appointment setter we built for a healthcare company in the USA. It answers patient calls, tells urgent requests from routine ones, and books the appointment. It also works by SMS and website chat.

  1. 1

    Call comes in

The patient reaches the practice number.

  2. 2

    The AI answers

It asks the right questions and listens to the answers.

  3. 3

    Urgent or routine

The AI asks what the patient needs and sorts the request by urgency.

  4. 4

    Time slot held

The slot is held while the caller is on the line, so nobody gets double-booked.

  5. 5

    Appointment booked

The patient and the practice both get an email confirmation.

Also built: Plexo, a project management workspace demo for tasks, projects and team conversations.View Plexo

You get a clear plan and a design to approve before anything is built.

You get: approved screens and flows.

  3. Build

Senior engineers build in short steps and show you progress as it happens.

You get: working software after every step.

  4. Support

We launch, train your team and stay on hand after go-live.

You get: training and fixes after launch.

Small team, senior hands

You hire the people who do the work.

Senior engineers on every project
The people who scope your project are the people who build it.
AI where it saves work
We look for where automation removes work before we write a line of code.
Scope and price in writing
Both are agreed before work starts, so there are no surprises later.
Direct access
You talk to the founders, not an account manager.

Who you will talk to

Three founders. Each of us works on your project.

Questions we hear first

Who is Synaptalyte for?

Owners and managers of growing businesses that lose time to manual work, scattered data or slow follow-up. Recent work includes an AI appointment setter for a healthcare company in the USA and a project management workspace demo.

How does pricing work?

We agree a written scope and a fixed price before any work starts. Larger projects are split into stages, with a price for each. We do not bill by surprise hours.

How long does a project take?

It depends on scope. A focused website plus CRM is smaller than a custom AI system. You get a timeline in the written scope, and we update you at the end of each stage.

Do you work with businesses outside Pakistan?

Yes. The team is based in Pakistan and works with clients in the US and other countries, with a call schedule that overlaps your working hours.

Who owns the work?

You do. Code, content and data built for you belong to you. We agree this in writing.

Tell us what is slowing your business down.

A 30-minute call. We listen, then say plainly whether we can help.
