Agreement and scope

This website provides marketing information regarding software and AI engineering services offered by Synaptalyte. Formal engineering engagements are governed by a separate written Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work specifying deliverables, payment milestones, and intellectual property ownership.

Intellectual property and ownership

As stated in our core operating principles, code, content, and customized systems developed specifically for a client belong to that client upon final settlement of agreed milestone fees, as defined in the written agreement.

Case studies and recreated screens

Case studies on this website describe work delivered to clients. Client code and systems belong to those clients and are covered by confidentiality agreements, so screens shown in case studies are recreated with sample data.
