Stop doing the same task twice.

Process automation connects the software your business already uses so information moves between it without anyone copying and pasting. Where a step needs judgement, such as reading an email or sorting a document, AI handles it and a person checks the cases it is unsure about. Your team spends its time on the work that needs them.

What is process automation?

Process automation is software that does the repeat steps of a task for you. A new form entry can become a CRM record, a welcome email and a row in your report without anyone touching it. When a step needs reading or writing, AI does that part.

What you get

  • A map of the process as it runs today, and what will change
  • Automations between your forms, inbox, CRM, spreadsheets and other tools
  • AI steps for reading, sorting and drafting, with a person checking anything unclear
  • Error alerts, retries and a log of every run
  • Written notes on each workflow, so your team can change it later

Who it is for

Operations, sales and admin teams who move data by hand between systems, chase status updates or retype details from emails and PDFs.

How it works

  1. We sit with the person who does the task today and time each step.
  2. We agree which steps to automate first, usually the most repetitive one.
  3. We build, test with real data and run it next to the manual process for a short time.
  4. We switch over and hand you the documentation.

Honest limits

Automation is only as reliable as the tools it connects. If a supplier changes their system, a workflow may need a fix, which is why we build alerts in. Some messy processes are better simplified before they are automated, and we will tell you when that is the case.

Questions about Process automation

Which tools can you connect?

Anything with an API or webhooks, which covers most CRMs, inboxes, spreadsheets, accounting and booking tools. For older systems without one, we can sometimes automate the browser instead.

Do you use n8n or Zapier?

We use n8n or plain code, depending on what will be easier for you to run and change later. We explain the trade-off before we start.

What happens when an automation fails?

You get an alert, the item is kept, and it can be retried. Nothing quietly disappears.

Is my data safe?

Each connection gets only the access it needs, and credentials are stored encrypted. We confirm the setup in the written scope.
