Pricing, explained plainly

Every price is fixed and agreed in writing before work starts, in US dollars. Here is how we price the AI receptionist and custom projects, and what changes the number.

AI receptionist

Three parts, so you always know what each charge is for.

One-off setup fee

We configure the receptionist for your business, connect your phone line and calendar, test it on real call scenarios and take it live. Agreed in writing before we start.

Monthly plan

Your white-label licence, so the receptionist keeps running under your brand.

Usage, paid to the providers

Phone minutes and SMS are billed by Twilio, and AI usage by the AI provider, straight to your own accounts. We add no markup, and you can see every charge.

What changes the setup fee

The more the receptionist has to know and connect to, the more setup it takes.

Appointment types and rules
A clinic with three appointment types is quicker to set up than one with twenty, each with its own provider and length.
Systems to connect
Google Calendar and Outlook are routine. Practice management or field service software depends on what that system lets us connect to.
Channels
Phone only, or phone plus SMS, website chat and a talk button on your site.
Locations and teams
One location with one calendar, or several locations with their own staff, hours and rules.
Custom logic
Triage rules, service area checks, routing by caller type or anything your business does differently.

Custom AI and software projects

AI agents, AI search, machine learning models, web and mobile apps, websites and CRMs.

Written scope first

After a call about the problem, you get a written scope that lists what will be built.

A fixed price

One price for that scope, in US dollars. Larger projects are split into stages, each with its own price.

No surprise hours

We do not bill by the hour. If the scope changes, we agree the change and its price in writing first.

Questions about pricing

Why don't you list prices?

Because two businesses rarely need the same setup. A single-location salon on Google Calendar and a multi-site clinic with triage rules are very different jobs. You get a fixed price for your setup after a 30-minute call, before you commit to anything.

Do you charge in US dollars?

Yes. Quotes and invoices are in US dollars.

What are the running costs for an AI receptionist?

Phone minutes and SMS from Twilio, and AI usage from the AI provider. Both depend on how many calls you get and how long they last. They are billed to your own accounts, so you see the real cost with no markup.

What happens after launch?

The first 30 days of fixes after launch are included. After that, there is an optional support plan for changes, new rules and new features.

Who owns a custom project?

You do. Code, content and data built for you on a custom project belong to you, and we agree this in writing. The AI receptionist is white-label, so you run it under your own brand through the monthly plan.
